Bread is made on site from scratch everyday using the finest flour, water,yeast, sea salt and olive oil. We rely on the time honored method to produce bread with flavour, substance and all the natural nutritional benefits bread used to have!
You won't find any pre-mixes, concentrates, pastes or preservatives, nor will you find any part baked frozen loaves. Made and baked freshly on site!
